Our room was stocked and good sized, had an impeccably clean bathroom. Had great amenities. The location was nice, just off restaurants and a Shopping Center as well as services with downtown Lake Charles approximately a five to ten minute drive, in a great area.

Enjoyed the room on the 3rd level, my bed was great. The location was nice because it was near shopping centers, surrounding restaurants, and New Caney, Texas.

Clean hotel, really kind and very nice employees in Porter. Modern and fabulous units with attractive lighting as well as the fridge. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Chilled-out base for exploring New Caney.

The hotel was in a favourable location, right next to the breakfast prep area. The room was big and huge, and it had satellite TV, climate control and a mini refrigerator that were useful.

Overall - pretty and absolutely fantastic place with fantastically friendly staff in Porter. Stocked & good sized rooms on the 3rd level. Great facilities there.

Beds were a bit hard.

First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and spaciousness of the room on the 3rd level. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being just far enough from the highway for a peaceful night's sleep, but also close enough to surrounding restaurants and stores for convenience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch, providing a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. Additionally, the rooms on the 3rd level were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

This hotel is conveniently located near plenty of surrounding restaurants that offer a variety of cuisine. The room service was phenomenal and there was an array of breakfast options to choose from. The breathtaking view from the room made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had amazing leisure facilities and my partner and I loved the pool area the most.

The hotel could improve on the overall cleanliness of the room.

We didn't have time, but we will come back. Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our such great 3 nights stay here. The hotel had marvellous and unbeatable location right by the Big Rivers water park. Spent our evenings in nearby Chili's enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Big size rooms and a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea makers included.
